We have been intensively involved with the development plan for the new hospital from the first initiative. In our roles as consultant and process and project manager, we have developed the schedule of requirements, supervised the development process and helped shape the tendering together with the hospital organisation. In addition, we have made a significant contribution to the concept development including the outpatient clinics, the staff and knowledge centres and the ‘hot floor’. During implementation, we remained closely involved with the plan, particularly from the perspective of financial management.

In addition to advising the new hospital, we have advised the organisation from the very first planning phase up to and including the final design on the development plan for the Medimall.
We have intensively supported the organisation with the programming, the feasibility analysis and during the contacts with potential tenants, the municipality and other interested parties. In our role of consultant, we have thus supervised the development of a building that fits the new hospital and meets the requirements of the various tenants.
